How much does it cost to join Reward Lover?
Membership is free - there are no joining fees or other charges.

What is Cashback?
Cashback is when you receive money back after a purchase.

For example:
Lets say you book a room at the Hilton anywhere in the world. We offer you 4% cashback:

1. Register for FREE and login.
2. Click the link at the Hilton and get directed to the Hilton website.
3. Make your purchase as normal and spend for example 200.
4. We will track your purchase and award your account with 4% cashback of 200.
5. Once your account balance reaches at least £10, €10, $10 cashback you can withdraw your cash.

What are Discount Codes?
Discount codes are a great way to save even more money when you shop online. Alternatively known as promotional codes or e-vouchers. They are simply special codes which you usually enter at the retailers checkout giving you a discount / money off the listed retail price. PLEASE NOTE: If you use discount codes from external websites, cashback will not be credited to your account.

Which stores offer delivery to my country?
You can find out which stores deliver to your country by either clicking a flag in the top right corner of the website or alternatively you can simply login. Once you have clicked the flag or logged into the site all the stores you see and can visit will offer delivery to your country.

How do I join Reward Lover?
Simply register for free.

What level do I need to reach for Payment?
UK £10, US $10, AUS $10, MT €10 cleared is the small level of cashback you need to make before you can cashout.

When will I get paid?
Payments make take up to 14 working days from cashout. However we will always try our best to make it more instant.

How do I know how much I will receive when I use Reward Lover?
Each link to a company will show how much cashback you will earn, either as a percentage or a fixed amount.

Can I earn cashback without buying anything?
Yes, you can. Some of our partners and retailers do offer cashback for registering or completing online questionnaires whilst some financial services companies may pay you a cashback for taking out a credit card or requesting an insurance quote. Some companies offer money in return for giving your e-mail address and completing some personal details - however, you are likely to receive a number of offers from them by e-mail for various products and services. You have no obligation to accept any of these offers.

How do i request payment?
Once you make £10, $10, €10 or more cleared, a payment option will appear on the cashout page. Simply visit the cashout page and choose your preferred method of payment.

When do you update my account?
UK Account Updates are every Monday. US Account Updates are every Tuesday. AU Account Upates are every Wednesday and MT Account Updates are every Thursday.

How do you pay me?
Payments are made using BACS (UK Only)*, Cheque (Malta Only - Cheques will be issued in Euros from HSBC MT), Paypal and Amazon e-certificates. *NOTE If you choose to have your cashback payment to be credited via BACS in the event that you provide incorrect bank account details your payment cannot be re-issued.

How long does it take for my balance to be confirmed?
Transactions will appear in your account within several days and most cashback transactions will get confirmed instantly. On higher paying rewards, cashback may take between 30-60 days to clear.

I have forgotten my username and password, What can I do?
Simply enter the email address you registered with at http://www.rewardlover.com/members/forgot_password.asp and we will send it to your entered email address instantly.

A purchase I made didn`t show up on my account?
We have to wait until the merchant verifies the transaction and this can take up to 6 weeks - most transactions may be verified almost immediately. If your transaction was more than 7 days ago and hasnt shown up on your account yet please e-mail us name of company, date visited, reference or order number, product name / description and order value. Remember, you must have logged onto your account before clicking through to the shop. We will contact the store and request manual cashback but we can only pay the cashback if it is agreed by the store. You should ensure that you do not have any Ad Blocking software installed on your computer as this will stop your commission being tracked. We also advise you to delete cookies and temporary internet files before each visit to our offers.

I have a dispute transaction with one of your retailers.
If you have a problem with a retailer or website you must take it up with them through their normal complaints procedure. If you do not get a satisfactory response please let us know as we may remove them from the service if this is not an isolated incident.

Referrals
Our referral program gives you the opportunity to earn even more cash. Get £1.00 UK, $1.00 US, $1.00 AUS and €1.00 MLT every time you refer a new member that makes their first cashout.
